How often are we doing one thing while thinking of another thing? How often are we on autopilot, going through the same routine, day after day without actually thinking about what we are doing?

How often do you drink your coffee while thinking, working or worrying? Did you even stop to taste it? Well, maybe that first sip.

Instead Take a Mindful Approach!

Next time take a minute and to taste and enjoy the present moment. Be mindful of your surroundings and your coffee! The other stuff can wait, it will still be there.
